We deliver your goods that can be posted straight to your door via a cost-effective parcel service.

All products that can be sent as a parcel are sent via DHL, DPD, Hermes or UPS.

• In Germany: EUR 4.90
• To Austria: EUR 5.90

The shipping costs may vary depending on the product group and size of parcel. The corresponding price is shown during the ordering process. No shipping is charged on orders over EUR 100.00 (does not apply to goods sent via freight forwarder).

Please note that for FSK/USK 18 products*, an age check will be performed on delivery.


The regular shipping time is 2 to 5 working days. Orders send with the standard shipping method are dispatched on the same or following day, depending on the time the order was received. We will notify you during the ordering process should the shipping time differ.

Should the parcel have external defects on delivery, please document them on the confirmation of receipt or do not accept the parcel.

Please open the parcel as soon as you receive the goods. Should you discover defects on the product after opening the parcel or find it empty, please submit a notification of defect with the shipping company immediately.
